Welcome to City SC Team Manager. By using our platform at cityscteammanager.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using City SC Team Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

City SC Team Manager is a youth soccer team management platform that provides:

• Player roster management
• Tournament and schedule tracking
• Payment tracking and fundraising tools
• Team photo galleries
• Team chat and communication
• Role-based access for coaches, team managers, and parents

The service is provided free of charge during the current beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile information current.

One person per Google account. Do not share your login or create multiple accounts.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

Coaches can create teams, manage rosters, invite members, track payments, and access all team data.

Team Managers have similar access to coaches for managing day-to-day team operations including rosters, payments, and communication.

Parents can view their own player's information, participate in team chat, and view shared content like photos and schedules.

All users agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate youth soccer team management.
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Not share other team members' personal information outside the platform.
• Respect the privacy of minors whose information is managed on the platform.

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, roster data, messages). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including photos of minors (you must have parental consent).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any purpose other than youth soccer team management.
• Attempt to access other teams' data or other users' accounts.
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Use invite codes or links in a deceptive manner.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to team data will be revoked.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

City SC Team Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, City SC Team Manager and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
